Terms of Use Agreement: These cartoons are copyrighted by Mark L. Taylor (the cartoonist) and www.thedailycall.org  and made available for free and upon written permission of Mark L. Taylor for progressive political education, promotion and campaign work by progressive citizen activist and progressive non-profit groups. Mr. Taylor can be contacted at: [email protected] .

The following terms are made for free use of Daily Call cartoons after obtaining permission from Mr. Taylor:

• This work by Mark L. Taylor is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.

• Cartoons must be clearly attributed to the Daily Call with the link to the Daily Call website printed with the cartoon. ( www.thedailycall.org )

• Given cartoons must be clearly seen to be most effective, they must not be reduced in size to where they are difficult for readers to see and read.

• No cartoon images, characters, captions, labels or dialog may be changed in any way. No part of a cartoon can be used separate from the original cartoon. Cartoons must run intact and as originally presented in The Daily Call.

• Cartoons can be used for editorial illustration in newsletters, non-profit progressive publications, fliers, posters, advertisements and, possibly, progressive candidate campaign materials. Please contact the cartoonist for possible uses.

• These cartoons will not be sold and are (of course) not to be resold. They are available for free with the understanding that they will be used in a manner consistent with progressive political goals and the work of making America a more just and fair place to live.

• By using an original Taylor cartoon(s) from The Daily Call you are agreeing to all of these Terms of Use
